"The condo was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. I wanted to stay somewhere handicap/wheelchair accessible and this condo was great: No stairs entryway, two close reserved parking spots, a walk-in shower (with small lip only), and a spacious living room. The location is also great. It is only a very short drive to the beach which is perfect for the price."

"Extremely clean and comfortable for our four guys. Close to Billings Bait to meet our guides. On a canal with access to water with a boat which would be awesome if we had one! Will book again next year for the third annual trip for us!"

"This property has everything our family needed. We are a short walk to the beach & pool. There are plenty of linens and towels and even extra beach gear in the closet. Coffee was provided as well as a kitchen with everything needed to cook a nice meal. Richard was very responsive and a great host. This spot is also dog friendly!"

"It was super clean! The whole time we were there it was very quiet, pool is walking distance and very clean! The view of the bay was stunning! Was skeptical of booking here instead of a hotel but I have 0 regrets! Will definitely be back. "

"Overall, our trip went well. Fortunately, I arrived to the condo before my friends, so I was able to do some unexpected cleaning, that the property owners apparently overlooked. The bedroom dresser drawers contained dead roaches, so I had to wipe out all of the drawers before I could use them. The bathroom countertop was filthy (dust and what appeared to be sand). The sofabed mattress cover had some sort of stains on it, that did not come off, even after washing 2x's, in addition to it's overall...

"Great place to stay if you are launching your boat at Bird Island Boat Ramp. The rooms are nice and there us parking available for truck and boat trailer. "
