“The beds are too high. Getting into it was a problem. They are very comfortable. ”

“Great place to stay if you are launching your boat at Bird Island Boat Ramp. The rooms are nice and there us parking available for truck and boat trailer. ”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“It was a small space which was fine for us. The tub had a very slow drain. Downside, there were 2 of us and only 1 set of keys and there were a few times it was inconvenient for us but really the place was great. Pool was clean. Laundry was coin operated and worked fine. The residents that were there were all friendly. ”

“Loft style condo 206 is dirty, the ceiling has so much dust on it, it looks black! no dishwasher, no internet, the TV sound went up and down! The couch has no pad in it, feels like the bed has a box spring only! When we got ready to go, we took pillow cases off,( to help) and one pillow had blood all over it and it has been washed! Gross! it should have been thrower away!Will never stay again!”

“Location was nice, atmosphere was nice, NO AMENITIES such as toilet paper, salt/pepper, coffee, empty hand soap bottle, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, exploded batteries in remote so no TV until we purchased batteries, not even a mop in sight. Bed was not queen size like it said... it's a full size bed were you had to sleep in the middle or risk falling off the side because it sloped. We left oatmeal, crackers, coffee and bottled water for the next person who checks in. At least they will not be……

“This property is very clean! My 6 year old and almost 3 year old loved the pools, splash pad and playground. The king bed was comfortable and my son loved the bunk bed. The water pressure in shower is amazing. It is very close to the beach!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in process was super easy with constant email and text reminders with instructions. The condo was clean and everything worked just fine. The floors were not visibly dirty but walking around in socks turned them brown. Wasn’t a big deal to us but just pointing out the toilet squeals like a pig when you flush it. And when we stripped the bedsheets before leaving there was a large stain of some kind on the mattress. There was not an odor or anything in the condo……
