"After a terrible experience checking in(they thought that an ocean view room was a view of the boat harbour & shopping centre?!) we were eventually “upgraded” to a view of the ocean….hotel was in a good position & a little dated, but ok….paid massive price for “resort fee” & used their pool once….bit sad that they do this as in all other countries you get to use their pool for the price of the room! "

"The vibe at this Hotel was amazing. I traveled with my mom for her 65th birthday, The staff show her such a good time that she is already a return trip. "Great location in Waikiki with magnificent views from an oceanfront room. Great entertainment daily from balcony. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Maids were very friendly and great at their job. Room furniture needed updating but was nice size. Microwave would have been nice!"
