"I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

Television was great and WiFi signal and speed allowed me to work remotely without a hitch. The washer and dryer were easy to access in the main building...
