"I have been staying in this hotel every year that I come back to San Francisco are for working. The rooms are remodeled, excellent surroundings areas, an acceptable security in the parking lot, smooth check-in, and a great and varied breakfast. Maria, the woman in the kitchen is the best. When she is present or a charge of breakfast, everything is in order and place in."

"I think for the area it’s very beautiful and worth the price. I must admit the area it’s around isn’t the best but once you pass the bridge it’s really nice. Staff was nice at check in and make your stay comfortable. Rooms looked clean and new. I only stayed for the night as a emergency but I would stay there if I planned on going to Oakland again. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a couple of different snacks and food. Not too big but enough to enjoy. We had breakfast outside looking at the lovely view of water, looking towards at the city of Alameda. The only think I wasn’t so please was $17 for parking. Other hotels if they do charge (because most don’t) will charge about 5$ or 10$ max. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The hotel is going through remodeling but it still a good place to stay. The breakfast is very good. There's plenty of parking, even for big trucks. The problem is all the homeless that have invaded all the street next to it, but there's a guard 24/7 on the property all the time."
