“Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted.”

“The main thing to be aware of is the loud noise consistent from street and building construction phase 2 . Never stops. Location good so that’s the trade off. Need an under sink water purifier or at least provide a jug with water pump. Lifting giant water jug from hallway to counter top and pouring was very hard. Could pull a muscle out of back or shoulder.”

“Great location with gorgeous condo and huge patio ! Third floor allows for a nice breeze! Air conditioners worked great ! Quiet place and despite a beach club nearby playing music, it was not bothersome . It was a wonderful stay , beautiful flowers and plants unkept by an excellent gardener . Tons of birds, and the pool was perfect . Never too busy . We would stay here again in a heartbeat . Keep in mind the beach nearby is really nice but not for swimming if you were planning that . But you can……

“Room was perfect, view was exceptional… we had the best time so many great restaurants all in walking distance. Only draw back was elevator stopped working half way through our week and we had to walk up 4 levels multiple times a day. Would stay again in a heart beat though truly loved it.”

“When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows……
