"I always love Hyatts but a hyatt with oceanfront views was the topper. This hotel smells amazing stepping inside, everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The customer service was amazing. The pool was great and free breakfast. If you need a microwave one can be delivered to your room and it has a fridge and HOTTTTTTT showers. The showerhead was amazing and the beds super comfy. Pull out sofa always a plus. I will be returning and I do highly recommend. Hotel about 5 blocks from the start of...

"Very clean rooms and facility, right off the board walk we got a “partial ocean view” for our room but it was so much more than that we saw everything. It’s right off the board walk, easy parking, very convenient, super friendly and attentive staff. This is the only hotel me and my fiancé will book with when we return to Ocean City. We will for sure be back here."

"Stayed here many times. They redid the entire property. Got rid of the carpeting for tiles. Rooms are brighter, bathrooms nicer. Bar is nice too."

"Hotel and location was nice. Room was spacious & clean. Staff members were friendly & pleasant. Indoor pool was a plus. Kids loved it even though it was a little cold for a “heated pool”. My only issue was half the tv channels didn’t work and we had the worst neighbors ever. The strict no smoking rule clearly didn’t stop them, and you could hear them/their children until atleast 330am. "
