"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The oceanfront room was amazing, clean and bright and large with kitchen and living room area. The bathroom and tub was also roomy. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool and separate outdoor kiddie water play area and the hotel was right on the beach. Parking was included. And the boardwalk was only a short walk from the hotel. We took the tram from our end of the boardwalk to the other end around dusk to enjoy several hotels of walking along the busy parts of the boardwalk before taking thd tram back to the hotel end of the boardwalk right before midnight. "This Hotel is great for the price you pay. These reviews are all dramatic. Everyone at the front desk was a wonderful help. She was making sure we were safe for our senior trip and was prioritizing the safety of minors staying there. I would say it is a high traffic area so the privacy is okay, but it’s right by the beach. The only complaint we had is room service. When we would call front desk for something we needed, they didn’t come and we had to call at least 2 more times for our stuff. That’s maybe just a short staffing issue but who knows. Overall a great time and a great hotel. "

"Front desk ladies were very kind. We weren’t able to do as early of a check in that we had requested however they were very apologetic and got us in as soon as possible! The breakfast staff was also very helpful and kind! They very friendly and helped get breakfast for some of our kiddos! "
