Villas in Ocean View

"My family & I had the best time at Walter's beach house Memorial Day weekend. it was 14 of us, 6 kids & 8 adults. It's so hard for us to find a house for our group size, this house was accommodating to all of us. We didn't have to fight over bathrooms or showers. Staying at the bay is so peaceful and relaxing. the views from the decks are breathtaking. the kitchen and living room were our favorite places to hang out. the kids loved the bean bag chairs. the house supplied a kids table which was such an added bonus! We loved taking a walk to the dock. the kids had plenty of room in the driveway to use their scooters/bikes. the big driveway is so helpful for multiple cars, we fit 3 big cars so easy and had no trouble getting in and out. we made amazing memories on this trip and we can't thank you enough. It was our first time exploring this area of Delaware and we were not disappointed."

"This condo is beautiful with lots of room and very clean. The community is very nice, and everything is well kept. We had access to the club house and enjoyed a pool day. We had nine adults and were all very comfortable. Owners were very helpful and respond quickly. We would definitely rent again. Thank"

"Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again."

"Condo was in a great location, very clean, and exactly as described. Vacasa however, not a good property manager to rent from. I had to call on day of arrival for check in/entry info and was on the phone for 40 minutes before i was provided wirh this info. Tried to contact host multiple times and link didn’t work."
