"The customer service is HORRIBLE. They lie, don't do what they say. they will. In addition, they have been issued a cease and desist order from the HOA of the building. Given that, you would think they wouldn't let me book the unit, but they did AND took my money AND refused to give it back. I have never dealt with a worse rental in my life and I have rented MANY units from many different compains"

"This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!"

"This is my third time renting from Havana Lofts - twice with family and this time with a friend. I lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and I always like to stay back in the neighborhood when I come to Philadelphia. The apartment is well located in Olde City close to restaurants and shops. It is also close to the historic visitor sights. There's a nice cafe downstairs (Torchwood) and others are just a few mintues walk. Havana was accommodating with a slight change in our stay as well...
