“The room was clean, quiet as long as you keep the window closed (very good sound insulation from other rooms, but traffic noise from nearby road if you open the sliding porch window), king size bed very comfy, and a desk with two chairs big enough for two people each with their own laptops. The pool is very old however, strange-looking water and was smelling weird (neither chlorine nor salt water smell). If you choose the hotel for a clean and comfy room that's ok. Don't choose it for the pool. ”

“Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly. “Hampton Beach is a fun and unique area. This is a fun and unique hotel. Don’t judge this book by its cover. Rooms are fully renovated, everyone is friendly, parking is easy, no hassles and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again.”

The Hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful with our questions about parking for my brother who was coming to meet us. Would stay here again. The only con would be thevceiling height in the 3rd floor rooms.”
