“The villa is as beautiful in person as the photos suggest! We enjoyed having private bathrooms for each bedroom and our son said the murphy bed was very comfy. The location is VERY convenient to Branson amenities without the traffic headaches of staying near the strip. The owners are extremely easy to work with and professional. The setup is great for a family but would also be nice for a friends getaway. We look forward to staying here again in the future!”

“This property was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is central to old town, downtown and Big Cedar Lodge. Easy to get to any attraction. Please note this is a very hilly neighborhood. The house is dog-friendly but does not have a yard so you will have to walk a lot around those hills. If you cook at home during your stay, there are not a lot of essentials. There is no cooking spray, foil, baggies or other storage containers. Cleaning supplies are limited as well.”

“Beautiful area and home. The beds are very comfortable. Our granddaughter really loved the pool access and I had one of the best hamburgers and onion rings I ever had at the club house. The deck overlooks the forest which is full of birds and squirrels that keep you entertained”

“It had a very homey feeling. Very clean. The couches were comfortable as well as the beds. Really appreciated the little items in the kitchen. Plenty of room. It was a quiet neighborhood. Loved being able to open the door to the patio and the screens to keep bugs out. Being able to see the golf course and the beautiful purple trees was very relaxing.”

“Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, house as described! Only hiccup was needing help on the weekend, and there was no way of contacting the actual management of the house (answering service which cost $$ if you ask a a question, and they could only help if there was a mechanical emergency). Lot's of potential gotcha fees to watch out for on the checkout process which is listed on the app, but not the posted instructions. Even so, we liked the location and property.”

“This is a nice villa in Pointe Royale. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and our dog. It was very convenient that you could go out the basement door to a grassy area for the dog. For being pet friendly it was very clean and you could not tell other pets had been there at all. It would have been nice to have either some Tupperware with lids or plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen to use after a meal. We bought some foil and left it for the next guests. The only real complaint was the dryer. It took……

“Property was very clean, well maintained! It was 2 bedrooms plus large pull out sofa and blow up mattress. It was in a nice quiet location, close to restaurants and shopping! Would definitely book again!”

“LOVE the location of this property! Quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great to have all the amenities of a home while on vacation...space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer....and our favorite thing....close parking which makes unpacking and packing a breeze! Will definitely stay again!”

“This was our third time to stay at one of the villas. It's so comfortable and is our home away from home. We love the location, it's easy to get to all Branson has to offer without being on the strip. We plan to rent again next year.”

“Advertised “cozy fireplace” and included photo of an apparent fireplace. Only has an electric image of a fireplace. Advertised “backs up to lake”. Lake can be seen off at a distance down the street but definitely doesn’t back up to the lake. Living room furniture has no support and is broken down inside. Would not trust this property management company due to deliberate misrepresentation.”

“The space was nice, bed in master is small. Not crazy about door to garage not locking. Some areas need some attention ie the air duct vents. FYI: the window in the dining area may have a leak, no wall damage but the sill is damp, soft and warping. Someone should notify owner before repairs become even more cost. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“We traveled with 4 kids and I loved how family oriented the property was, the kids all had so much fun. The buildings were adorable, the one we stayed in was right next to the little water park and park area so it was perfect. My only complaint the whole time was that the food at the restaurant was over priced and it wasnt very good but other than that the property was great and they had so many different activities. We tried to book one more night because we loved it so much but they were……
