“Loved the property. If you can rent both sections that would be perfect for a group of people.”

“The house was very comfortable, especially the large king bed. It was nice to have the option for A/C which isn’t always available. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use. Access to the garage was also a huge plus with limited island parking. The host was very attentive and friendly!”

“This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. This place is perfect!”

“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. “Cute and comfy”

“We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place. It is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with all we needed. The location is nice with respect to freeway access and access to groceries, dining, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house is, especially because the street is a bit busy. The gated parking is awesome...we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the……

“The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

“We found the property to be what we expected, and the neighborhood was bikeable and walkable and in close proximity for driving to the places we wanted to see. The check in instructions were very thorough and helpful. Belmont Shores is a very pretty place, and there are many businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Appreciate the hospitality of the hosts. Renting bikes from these hosts was convenient, but if you want to cover more miles or do more than cruise the beach trail. you may……

“Had such a great stay per usual!”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. ”
