Customer service is terrible, staff is rude and unfriendly. Paid a deposit in advance and they told me when I got there they never received it and charged me MORE than what it was originally. The guy at the desk kept changing the price and had no idea what he was saying or doing. The website states there are two restaurants on site, more like gas station food, not a restaurant and it’s way too overpriced. Also states there is a Starbucks but it’s a raggedy coffee machine and they attempt to make the drinks off Starbucks menu unsuccessfully. We went days without room service, nobody stopped by at all. Had to call front desk to get more towels and it took forever. The pool area was okay, there was a lot of stuff floating around in the pool and kids were jumping off the rocks into 3 feet deep water with no supervision. Only pro to this place is its right on the strip close the a lot of shops/food. Would not stay here again.

The property is nice. Close to some dinning options. There is a shuttle to universal studios and Disney, which is very convenient. Overall, nice stay for the price.

The room had roaches, there were a couple pubic hairs on the toilet, the floor was sticky, there were white stains all over the comforter. The tub was so dirty I didn’t even want to shower in it without shoes. We asked for a crib and we brought our own sheets for it of course. I called before to confirm it was added. No crib, 2 hrs went by and still no crib then they told us they won’t have any until morning. So, we had to leave and drive over an hr home to turn around and drive another 2 hrs in the am. What a mess!

"My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Upon my arrival, the reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. The first representative who assisted me, named Brandi, could not find my reservation in the system. She told me that They couldn't help me and I would have to contact the agency I booked. They seemed to be distracted and uninterested in helping. When I changed representatives, all the information magically appeared in the system without the need for further action. One the rooms took more than an hour to be ready after the check-in time, stipulated by the hotel policies. In summary, the lack of professionalism and courtesy in customer service at the front desk negatively affected my experience at this hotel. hotel."

The pictures does not match the actual place. Very dirty place. The front desk told us we can check out early and we will get a refund. We booked our stay for 3 days and checked out by 10 am the following day. According to Avanti staff we should have been able to get the refund for the next 2 nights. Horrible stay will not recommend for anyone.

Positioned nicely at the centre of International Drive, this hotel is in need of a little spruce up. That being said the rooms a big and spacious but a little dark and gloomy. The pool area is pleasant as is the reception bar area. But it’s not really a bar, rather a games room. Overall a bit overpriced. But does a job

The swimming pool is the Best!! hot tub could be bigger !! disappointed in the snack like food 😳 we left another resort and they cooked 1/2 pound burgers and fries and hot dogs they where really busy!! plus you took your buffet out 😗…. nice updated rooms fix the food make it simple people love it!!

The room wasn’t clean, the rooms are old and not like the pictures at all, and it tools us more than one hour for the check in. We reserved a king room and it wasn’t honored

Pool section is great. Hotel lobby is great. Other than that rooms are in state of disrepair. Mold smelling , ceilings and walls full of staining, laundry constantly Broken , doors falling apart, needs major renovation

Was there for my wife’s bodybuilding competition. The facility looks decent from the outside. The main lobby is decent as well. We were in building 4 and the common area smelled worse than a 7-11 bathroom. One of the two elevators was broken and the elevator area was in disrepair. The rooms aren’t very nice, definitely a budget hotel so I’m happy that I paid a heavily discounted rate. The positive is the front desk staff, they are all very pleasant and helpful. I will not be visiting again.

They clean the room later I found a bandage that did not belong to us. I found it in the tub. That was pretty gross. Also when we arrived we got a roo. That was not even ready.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Old hotel, long check in line that took forever and poor breakfast. Too crowded to go in pool and they allow guests to swim in clothes. Very long lines for slow elevators and no ice in ice machines. I would not go back for sure!
