I really like this hotel but I was notify one day prior my stay that there was construction going on so I was unable to change my stay I was awake early after getting at the hotel 4 am in the morning. Also housekeeping was outside my door 1 hour before checking out not happy about it! I still do like this hotel!

I just wish they wouldā€™ve told us that they donā€™t come clean the rooms every day and that you would takeoff their own trash and the trash shoot. I thought that was a little odd not that I wouldnā€™t have done it. It just wouldā€™ve been nice if I wouldā€™ve known ahead of time at check-in

This place is very nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is that they donā€™t go and clean everyday. But other then that we loved it and we will rent it again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Pool and restaurant were in good condition and met our expectations. There are renovations going on that did not affect our stay, but it was clear that we stayed in a room that had not yet been renovated. Cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the unit overall had a funny smell.

There was only one employee working at the cafe by the pool, so there was a long line and food was coming out very slowly. Check in was confusing too because there were 2 check in locations on the property, one for the full time residents and another for hotel guests.The room was great though... very spacious and clean. Great bathtub and balcony.

Although the property was under renovation, it had no effect on our stay. The renovation is for upgrades and improvements. Nothing major. Our units were perfect, spacious, clean. The main pool is huge. Lots of daily activities.
