Great place. We enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back. Parking you will have to pay a separate fee, which is ridiculous! $26 a day. Besides parking this hotel is lovely. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Overall great place to stay and enjoy Orlando!

I love staying at this property because it’s convenient and clean, however, they are now charging $24 a day to self park in the hot sun with no shade which, I think is absolutely outrageous! Because of the ridiculous parking fee I will not be returning unfortunately, however, if you don’t mind paying $24 a day this is an amazing clean and comfortable property to stay.

First off, the room I stayed in was clean and pristine, and quiet. That was the best thing. No one told me that there was an adjoining door to the room next door. I would not have stayed if I was told this at the desk. So my safety was heavy on my mind the whole time. I'm a single person, I wont need an adjoining room. Also, No one told me I would have to pay for parking when I booked. Because if I knew, I would have stayed elsewhere. Then they say that if your car is broken into or something is stolen it's my responsibility… but why pay for parking that is right there on the premises ground level and not even in a garage? Disappointment. It's $26 a day…why did they take $50 and I only stayed for the night? So now I gotta call them to ask about that. Smh having to call to inquire is an inconvenience to someone like myself who is very busy. So no, I wont ever stay there again just in that. Then the front desk person working on 05/26 was giving me a bit of a hassle because my reservation she couldn't find using my driver's license, but it was there, but before she realized it was her error she gave me a bit of an attitude. After she found my res she became pleasant all of a sudden. You never know who you serve…pleasantness should be a given in hospitality no matter who you serve.
