Welcome to our home at Regal Palms Resort and Spa.
Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.

There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom.

The resort has a 2.5 Acre Resort Pool complex, complete with Lazy River and Water slide, a Beach Entry pool area for the little ones, Hot Tub, Playground, Beach Volleyball Court, Tiki Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and Arcade and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are lush and well manicured. The resort is well cared for and always in showcase condition.

Across the street from Regal Palms is Highlands Reserve Golf Course, and in the plaza at the corner there is a Publix Grocery and Drugstore, Applebee's Resturant, iHop Restaurant,Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Nail salon, CVS, Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, Jersey Mikes and more. Walmart Supercentre is 3 miles up the road and there are endless dining and shopping options just minutes away.

We are 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,15m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back year after year to experience it all!

The house was awesome!!! Perfect for our trip and plenty of space for our family of 6. There was so much room. Very spacious. The pool amenities were so nice to have as well. We really enjoyed it. It was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Pretty basic
First impression did not start off great. The GPS took us to the gate and when I asked the security guard how to check in he automatically told me he could not help me and told me to go to the club house but I had to ask where exactly that was and he was not friendly at all. Got to the clubhouse and was checked in and given two paper cards for free pool towels with no explanation at all. We did not use the pool towels since it was chilly with wind. When I checked out I was asked to turn in the paper cards which I did not have nor use thinking they were extra but news to me they were not and I was charged $20 for not having them. The host was informative and that was probably the best part of the rental. The two twins and room downstairs are smaller than expected. Beds were fine. House was pretty outdated and the kitchen amenities were pretty cheap as well as scarce. Definitely would not stay again.

The club house and pool are awesome. The house has plenty of room it was eight of us. The beds are all comfy, king bed sheets kept coming off to small. The place was real basic, the only soap was 3 little bars in bathrooms . The AC stopped working Saturday night no one could come until Monday morning so that was awful thankfully the pool was fun .

The house is nice-our GPS kept taking us to the wrong street so finding it initially was tricky. The house was nice, quiet neighborhood, and we all felt safe. Close to a lot of the fun things. Would stay again!

Great host and communications. Pictures of pool And lazy are bigger than it is, but still very enjoyable. Beds could use a little updating. Distance to theme parks closer to 20 min but fairly easy

Nice place
Overall the Property was nice. Master beadroom bed was a little too soft resulting in not good sleep. Others did not complain. Master Bathroom was nice it just needs a safety bar in shower because of the depth of the tub. Table size and seating did not allow for my family to sit together for dinner so some had to sit in the living room which was close by Overall we were pleased with the home. Thank you.

Loved that everything was all in one place for all to enjoy. The convenience of a "little town" in one resort and close to all the major attractions of Disney. We were very happy upon arrival to find the house spotless clean. We are picky about the cleanliness and that is the most important thing to me and the house was very clean! They did take until 4pm to check in which was fine because we were happy with the cleaning job they did. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Linda was very helpful and quick to respond to any question before our trip and even gave a lot of advice as far as the local area and day trips etc. As far as the pool area it was ok but the pool itself was very cloudy to the point that you couldn’t see your legs. It was spring break/Easter week and very crowded so we thought maybe it had to do with that. We didn’t go back to the pool again afterwards due to that issue and the crowd but that didn’t have anything to do with the condo. We spent most of our time going back and forth to the Disney area and the traffic can be a lot so prepare to be up there Zara early if this is your plan. It’s all a matter of the traffic and one morning there was a horrible accident that set us back 1.5 hours. luckily Ilene were up and out super early and we still made it to the park in just about enough time. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property. :)

Wonderful VRBO
This was a very pleasant home to stay in. They provided the towels, bedding, dishes and cook ware and a variety of water floaties and toys. The only items we had to buy were trash bags and paper towels. The home is 2 story however there is a bedroom and bath on the first floor if you have someone that has trouble navigating stairs. The lazy river, pool, hot tub and water slide were a refreshing add to this stay. It was very centrally located so we had a large option of shopping, dining and play within a half hour from our home. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great location - great pool for kids
We had a great time and would definitely book here again. The highlight for us was the pool / lazy river. With our two kids we really appreciated that there was shade from all the palm trees and tons of chairs to lay out and tan. The water was perfect for relief from the hot Florida sun. In the unit, the bed was super comfortable and we appreciated that there was a Pack n Play for our toddler. The condo wasn't as clean as we expected and some of the fit and finish needs maintenance, but overall we were happy.
