System was down when we arrived and was told we could use the pool while waiting for system to come upā€¦told someone would call us and let us knowā€¦ that never happened. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels to take a shower. The next day, at the waterpark pool, there were no towels at 9:00 (pool opened at 9:00)ā€¦ went to room at 1:30 and there was still no towels availableā€¦.. the next day, we were gone for the entire day and came back and our room was left opened by housekeeping for who knows how longā€¦had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper which took almost 2 hrs for them to bring. Was communicating with someone asking about our stay and they stopped communicating when we declared this would be our last trip here.. the response we got was ā€œ I apologized ā€œā€¦.

My and my family definitely enjoyed our stay. I am happy I didnā€™t listen to the bad reviews that was given . The only thing I didnā€™t like was no one come to clean the rooms itā€™s done every 5 days . I asked for clean sheets and did it myself . I would definitely go back

We could not do anything the day we arrived because the whole system was down. We did not get to check in to our room until around 7pm. The pools did not open until 9 or 10 depending on who was working that day, the water slides didnā€™t open until 11am. Second day it rained so basically we couldnā€™t do nothing because every time we would get in the pool they would close them because it would thunder. The morning we left we couldnā€™t do anything because the system was down again where the eating area was. So basically the kids played in the arcade which we had to pay for. Was terribly disappointed with this trip.

It was a decent resort, the food wasnā€™t that great from any of the places we tried in the marketplace. The pool area was way too crowded, half the time we couldnā€™t find somewhere to sit. A women that worked at Antonioā€™s pizza was extremely rude & the manager was really nice, offered us free icecream. Overall it was an expensive trip & not worth the price.

The resort is great overall. Wonderful amenities, great rooms, lots of kid friendly options like the big arcade, movie theater, water slides, pool. The check in was a mess due to their system being down. No problem, things happen. But then we were assigned someone else's room. Which was located far, with a broken elevator (no one warned us). We then had to go back to the lobby, get a new room. Great, the conditioner bottle had shampoo in it, then the body wash bottle was broken. Staff was very quick to respond and bring us stuff. My kids did have a blast and did not want to leave. One thing is that the food in the marketplace is not really good. But the burger by the pool is delicious.

The resort was nice. We had a lot of fun with the only exception that our room only had hot water coming out of the faucets and showers. But we managed not have any cold water. Staff was very attentive to our texts asking for things we ran out of in our room and calling for maintenance when we mentioned our situation with the water. Overall the resort was fun, loved the pool areas (just know itā€™s summer and thereā€™s tons of people) but itā€™s tolerable enough to have fun and people watch.

I would not going back to stay this hotel again and I would not recommend go to this hotel because when I reserve, it said I have to pay $149 at the desk for the fee when check in thatā€™s not including my hotel rate, Iā€™m okay with that, but when I was checking in, they change me $251 at the desk not $149.
