Great proximity to freeways and theme park. Love the hotel, very clean, kids loved the pool. Great service although we did have to ask for towels after 3 days. Breakfast was great but in the 3 breakfasts we ate, we had canadian bacon twice. Bacon would have been noce one day. But, overall, we would definitely stay here on the next trip.

Everything was good except we had to ask for our room to be serviced after the third day.

Clean beautiful and modern looking property. We had a 1 bedroom with full kitchen suite. Was very convenient for longer stays. We stayed almost a week and utilized the full sized fridge, microwave, and island. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing but was fixed afterwards. Parking was expensive for a 6 night stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Room was quiet, pool clean, and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Close to Universal Studios.

The power in my room kept going out when I used the the plug. Like the hairdryer.
I had to find the breaker box and keep resetting the panel
