Horrible stay and the host was horrible as well
Dirty blue carpet! Upstairs was very depressing. Broken head boards. Broken lamps. Washing machine leaked. The host didn't send the QR code to get through the front gate.Philip said he forgot.He also gave the wrong door code after a 10 hour drive and messaging and calling him he finally responded saying (honey I was on another line) WTH??? Blinds were falling from the sliding doors. Light bulbs miss from everywhere. Staircase poorly painted. If the owner would put 5 to 7000 into this property it would really be nice. My family and I delt with it but we didn't feel at home seeing hair all over the beds and bed linens pillows were flat like pancakes. The dingy Dirty blue carpet very depressing water stains on the ceiling. I couldn't wait to get out of there back home Wifi was off more than it was on Philip said hoa took care of the internet........awful stay its not enough room to write all that was wrong with this place. The only good thing about is it's close to everything

The place wasn't clean, no wash cloths, no tissue, no trash bags,dishes had dried food on them, the pool was dirty. The only good thing about this property is the location which was convenient for all our shopping needs.

There was something's that could have been better. The icemaker was broken did make a call but nothing happened, there was no wash cloths. On the sliding glass door there were 6 panels missing, they came out the next day and replaced 5. But overall my stay was good. I wish there was a place where I could have down loaded some pictures šŸ“ø

Close to Pool and Close to Disney/Restaurants
This was a nice property for the value. The upstairs carpet should be replaced and the Master shower needs updated. I like how close it was to the public pool and it was a nice community. They do include pools towels which is nice. There is a very nice laundry room so make sure to pack detergent. They need to stock more wash clothes, hand towels and kitchen towels. VERY CLOSE to Walmart. Also, when heading to Disney, turn LEFT out of the resort to avoid a lot of traffic.

Spring break 2022
This is a nice property in a gated community that includes our pool and the property pool. The owner was kind and responded to any inquiry in a reasonable time. The property is clean, reasonably stocked kitchen supplies, and nice appliances. Most of our meals were prepared there for.six people and it was more relaxing than trying to get a table at a restaurant. Convenient location and short drives to area shopping malls and outlet center. Lots of families were there and seemed to enjoy the property.

Not what I expectedā€¦
This experience was very different from other VRBO staysā€¦. Pros - Great location. Safe neighborhood. Cute house. Cons - Had to a request check in information 2 hours before check in time. Very stressful to land in Orlando and not know how to get into the house after traveling with 3 kids. No house guide/rules available. No information about trash removal, etc. No trash bags, dish detergent, and only Ā½ roll paper towels. As other reviewers stated - carpet should be replaced. And paint touched up. Was not informed prior to check in but the Pool has a $30 daily charge for heating. We chose this house because of the personal heated pool. Had I known there was an additional charge for this service, I wouldā€™ve chosen a different property. Beds very firm. No check out instructions provided. Very bare kitchen - only silverware, plates/bowls, spatula, glasses/mugs and a couple of pots. No serving or prep utensils. No measuring cups. Thankfully we didnā€™t plan to cook any meals at home but making pancakes and brownies required some creativity to complete. For our next Orlando trip, Iā€™ll be searching for a different place to stay.

Nice Townhouse in a Nice Neighbourhood
This property is located in a manicured gated community. We loved the fresh & modern decor of the house. Our unit had a small personal pool, streaming service, access to park/gym/walking trail & daily garbage pick up. Property manager was accommodating with reference to check-in/check-out times. The only issue was the carpet, which is past itā€™s shelf-life & can be replaced with main level flooring in order for the property to reach its full potential. Would also recommend having extra linens for each bedroom. On the whole we enjoyed our stay & would book again.

Great communication, safe and secure
This is in a gated community with security at the gates. Management was very friendly and communication was great. I needed to do an early check in and within minutes it was taken care of. The pool needed a little cleaning and we had and issue with the internet for a few hours our first night. Everything else was as expected.

Nos hospedamos 10 dĆ­as, de los cuales 6 dĆ­as sin wi-fi a pesar de haber notificado desde el dĆ­a #1 de ingreso. No habĆ­an hecho la limpieza, tuvimos que lavar TODO lo de la cocina, platos, vasos, cubiertos, tazas, ollas, sartenes, estufa, el horno de la estufa, coffee maker, estantes de la cocina para poder guardar la comida, la nevera no hace hielo, los baƱos sucios, dejaron toallas sucias tiradas en el piso (por lo que tambiĆ©n tuvimos que lavarlas), las gavetas de los baƱos sucias y con cabellos (tambiĆ©n tuvimos que limpiarlos), los lava manos taqueados, en la sala estĆ” la mitad de las percianas por lo que no hay privacidad, las almohadas desgastadas al igual que las sobrecamas, cucarachas en toda la casa (deben de fumigar), hormigas en la cocina, el triturador de la cocina no funciona, los cuartos tiene televisor, de los cuales sĆ³lo uno funcionaba, hasta un control de televisor sin baterĆ­as. Realmente insatisfechos por tan mala experiencia, sin duda la casa NO es para nada limpia ni aseada, insalubre. A pesar de haberle expuesto al anfitriĆ³n de la suciedad, no se disculpĆ³ ni tampoco enviĆ³ a nadie para que realizara la limpieza que toda casa debe tener. Definitivamente NO recomiendo que se hospeden ahĆ­, hasta tanto se garantice al cliente que todo lo que ofrecen se cumple al 100%
