The first time we stayed at this hotel, we were impressed with the staff. This time, we ran into a young man "in training" and the experience was very unsatisfactory! Our TV lost its picture on the second night of the stay, although we could hear the audio change as we used the remote to change the channel. After struggling to figure out the problem ourselves, I called the Front Desk for help. Instead of offering a possible solution, I got, "What do you expect me to do?" It was 9:30-ish that night, and I wouldn't normally assume that a maintenance person was still on the property if I had stopped to think about it for a minute. However, that reply instantly had me seeing red!

The hotel took a $200 deposit I thought that was a lot of money for a low budget motel. People walk out with tvs to take a big deposit?I did not like that.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Beds were comfy and there was ample fridge/freezer space as well as a microwave that worked really well. Didnā€™t get to check out the pool - to busy Disney-ing!

The last three times were noisier from upstairs people! The beds are a little too high for my wife with a bad back, it is a little harder to get into bed! Other than these two issues we had a safe and comfortable stay!

This is not a resort by any means, but room is spacious and somewhat clean. The floors definitely needed to be cleaner, especially in the corners. Bathroom and linen was clean. For the price it wasnā€™t bad - get what you pay for šŸ˜Š

Had a great stay here for a week after my sudden departure from my previous hotel. The staff were great and they let me check in earlier than normal. The room was clean and had a nice bed. The wifi is the standard for most hotels, so not great but it gets the job done
