THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bait and switch
Let’s start with the soiled diaper that was on the bed. This place looks amazing in the photos but it is not. The couch is worn with peeling leather. The walls are chipped. There were bugs all over the bathroom. Dead roach right when you walk in. It is close to NOTHING. Took 90 minutes in traffic to get to/ from universal and 45 minutes each way to Epcot. The parking enforcement is horrid and management does nothing about it. I had security banging on my door at midnight telling me they were towing my car even though I was parked properly. I had to call the police. Worst vacation rental ever. I own vacation rentals and was embarrassed. If you want to cook- good luck. There are only 4 knives for 6 people to share.

Unprofessional pool staff
We watched the pool staff kick kids out of the hot tub that were with their parents and blowing their whistle in parents faces, and being extremely rude. They stood guard over the hot tub and wouldn’t let us go to the hot tub with our kids. We had plans on purchasing a house at this resort but after seeing what the pool Gestapo is like, we will no longer even be considering this place. The house we were staying at was hacked up like a slumlord property. The stairs were 1x10s framing nailed on. There were 3/4” gaps around the edge of the stairs that could make the kids matchbox cars disappear. The landing was just a sheet of OSB. The downstairs shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and wouldn’t drain. The pin pad door lock didn’t work properly. I tried to get them to give us a 4 digit pin, so everyone could remember the combination but they refused to do anything about the 10 digit pin that would would not work because the 6 on the pin pad wouldn’t work most of the time.
