Property is clean, nice small pool. Staff is invisible but easily reached through chat on hotel's app. Check in and out is on line. We chose to check out at 11 am, but then got a nock on the door at 830 am. I don’t speak Spanish so it was hard to figure out what staff wanted but they were trying to confirm our check out time. Why? If we completed check out on line? It was only negative experience we had.

Staff was great and gave us good Disney park tips. Conveniently located to theme parks and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing that can use some improvement was the pool / hot tub. It needed some cleaning but other than that we will definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Good location. Close to Disney parks but the shuttle system wasn’t very usable, the pick up and dropoff times were far from opening and closing times. Very dim lighting and the shower needed to be cleaned. Overall still a good stay for Disney parks.

Great location. Close to theme parks and several attractions. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and kind. Cons: no cable tv, streaming services only and you have to use your own login information. There is not a phone in the room to call the front desk. We weren’t told how to contact front desk, but through a google inquiry I found a number to text. We had to send a text requesting clean towels each day. The shower pressure was extremely weak. The hot tub did not have any working jets. If they did work there was no sign instructing how to turn them on.

The hotel was pretty good. Clean, comfortable bed. The only thing is that if you want your room to be clean and tidy, you would have to request and pay extra for the service.
