Staff was not very friendly upon arrival. I’ll send it very informative upon arrival. They did not tell us that half of the walkways were closed for painting so we had to walk all the way around to get to our room also for both nights we were at the hotel we had no hot water When I brought to someone’s attention. Nothing was done and they didn’t seem to care.

Overall we had a horrible stay. Let’s start from the beginning. We first arrived and were told we are staying in the “sunset” wing - it’s a view of the parking lot…as we entered our room it was evident that it was not cleaned properly. There was blood stains on the pillows, and a used shower cap on the floor. We tried to call down for new pillows and our phone didn’t even work. We then thought let’s just chill and turn the tv on - tv didn’t even turn on. We went down to tell them about the pillows and tv and phone. Workers didn’t show up to the to the room until 12:30am as we were already sleeping!!! Next day - we noticed an increase of bugs in the room as the door has a HUGE gap underneath it. I actually woke up with a spider crawling on me. We left the room, came back nothing was cleaned. It took 3 days until the cleaning ladies cleaned our room. Fast forward 3 days when the FINALLY did clean the room I was very upset. I noticed that they knocked all my prescription medications on the floor behind the bed. I needed my medications and I could not reach them because house keeping knocked them down and were too lazy to pick them up. Luckily my husband was able to crawl under the bed and pick them up for me. When we told the front desk of all the above they said well you can stay in the tower for an additional 250 USD$ a night charge. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Overall I will never come back and I strongly strongly suggest you don’t come here. It is also sooo far from the parks.
