"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

Despite following this instruction, I found the room to be quite cool during our stay (despite turning the system to a higher temperature). Fortunately, a second blanket was available.
