“Hotel was in a convenient location. Front staff was efficient, but not overly friendly. 24-hour coffee was available in the lobby while it lasted. Parking was sufficient, but a little odd with some tight places and one-way directions. Breakfast area was clean and neat. It was stocked and prepared nicely. Room was OK, but starting to show some age and had several pieces of poor workmanship in some of the repairs made. Bathroom exhaust fan was overly loud and a nuisance. Area and hotel……

“We visited the area for a music concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater and found this location to be an ideal place to settle back after the concert. The owner of this 30 acre farm lives nearby but not too near by. We texted at times ( like when the TV weathermen were explaining maybe to seek shelter, which the owner graciously offered. The treehouse is well constructed and besides a little creaking and a gentle bump, even when the power went out we were happy as clams. This property is RIGHT on……

“The house was very beautiful, very clean, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood near one of the main steets in Owensboro. It was very easy to access the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby highways. Also, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a night cap. The hosts were very hospitable and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would stay here again!”
