“Incredible view from the giant bay windows where we were able to whale watch. Huge bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and well-decorated accommodations. Our only warning would be that if you have a serious fear of bugs and critters, choose a room that’s on a higher floor. We did have 5 cockroaches visit over our 3 day stay (and one small frog!)”

“All good with this residence. Location great grounds beautiful. Had a few minor issues with air conditioning unit as was not working properly upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix. They were diligent and resolved. Key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be replaced twice. Other than those 2 minor issues would definitely recommend.”

“This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay. This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling. We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from. We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip.”

“Property was clean, well stocked, well furnished. Location for us was ideal. The grounds of the the property were impeccably maintained and very quiet and relaxing. The condo is showing it’s age and could use some attention in some ares. There were some door handles that fell off(laundry door), were ready to fall off(entry closet),or broken(exterior of one of the sliders). Property manager was excellent with good communication. “The proximity to the Family pool was fantastic for us! Short walk to the beach with great staff looking to help and set up chairs and umbrellas. Short walk (less than 1 mile) to a dozen restaurants and quick access to the mall that even has some small grocery stores. Most impressive was they called after we checked out to let us know we left a stuffed animal and offered to ship it to us! So nice!”

“We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful property! The condo was luxurious and had everything we could possibly need, from comfy beds, to a fully equipped kitchen, to multiple beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and several beach toys to use during our stay. Having a garage right outside the condo was a nice addition. It was so convenient to grab beach towels from one of the towel dispensers for a day at the pool or beach. “Appliances in the unit were very new, furniture was very comfortable, area was beautiful, easy walk to the beach and food trucks. I would definitely look to stay here again. “I was very happy to find this good value for money hotel when I came to Maui for the first time. My room number is 301 located at the corner of the building and for two consecutive nights the strong wind outside kept knocking on my door so I couldn't sleep well all night. My experience this time was really bad. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights and hoped to leave here as soon as possible.”
