“Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...”

“Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people”

“I had a small issue with the lock when I arrived but it was remedied by the owner easily over text. No problem. The flat is very clean, well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds and couch, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything worked perfectly, I enjoyed the complimentary treats and water! Definitely a nice place to stay.”

“Was in town for a very short work trip. Long days and short nights. It was nice to have those nights be in a very quiet, comfortable place. Check in was very easy, all info was sent to me prior with perfect instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy. Would 100% stay again on my next trip out!”

“This apartment is in a very convenient location and it served all of our needs, but there are a few things to note. First there are several noises that took some getting used to. There are neighborhood/complex noises (voices, cars and trucks from the parking beneath the unit, etc), but these are masked well by the white noise machines in each bedroom. Then there are noises that are inside the unit, the two main ones being the bathroom exhaust fan, which rattles significantly when it's first……

“The property was very clean and in a nice location. The apartment was nice, but you do need to pack your essentials as it is a bit different than staying in a stocked home. I would stay again.”

“We have problems with the security system Too cumbersome. Even the regular residents hate it. The apartment is beautiful and all apliances are new. Yet, there are just few kitchen utensils and no condiments except for salt and pepper. This is more like a nice hotel room than a typical VRBO property.”

“Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Très propre. Le nécessaire est dans la maison. Proche des magasins. Le seul point négatif c’est que c’était annoncé 3 chambres mais il y a deux chambres et un divan lit dans le salon.séjour très agréable n’hésitez pas à réserver”

“We stayed at this property due to the proximity to Stanford Hospital where a family member was being treated. This was so close not only to the hospital but to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future should the need arise.”

“This suite offers a comfy bed and a good shower in a safe community for a great price (if you have a 4+ day stay as the one time cleaning fee is always high at VRBO). The kitchen is stocked with the very basics, but probably best to go out and enjoy the phenomenal food offerings in Mountain View. Had a glitch with early check-in, but it was handled timely, kindly and professionally and everyone was super nice to interact with. Would totally stay again.”

“The house was adequate however, the kitchen was dirty and ant infested. We sprayed and cleaned the kitchen and no more ants during our stay. Lots of construction near the house which was noisy and it was annoying trying to find our way around with a couple of closed roads. The exterior of the house is unkept, front and back yards were not mowed with grass and weeds 3 feet tall. Advertised pictures were much better than actual house and yard.”

“Overall this was a good value to stay in the area. There was some noise next door and access to the room was not the greatest, stairs to the second story behind the building. However, overall it was a great value and the host was very nice and helpful. The location was also very good, close to Stanford and Facebook,etc.”
