This luxurious chic studio/condo is just the right size for an intimate stay. You will be steps to everything happening in the coastal villages of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach & Seacrest Beach. Private deeded beach access, to the sugar white sands & turquoise waters, with a seasonal tram from March 12th-October 31st weather permitting to take you over & pick you back up.
The Inn at Seacrest Beach is just the right place to recharge, rejuvenate your soul, with a large private pool, heated spa hot -tub, private unit balcony. After a sun kissed day at the beach, you can take a swim in the pool, sit on the balcony, have a glass of wine or your favorite beverage and just feel beaches breeze.
Unit has granite counter tops, kitchen, white cabinetry, island with two stools, Brand new walk in benched tiled shower, everything needed for a quick getaway to the coast.

cute little condo with everything you need!
we loved our stay this condo! it had everything we could need: a pool, hot tub, beach towels, beach access, chairs, bikes, fridge, microwave, etc. the wine and snacks were also a lovely touch. the location was perfect, any easy walk or bike to Alys and Rosemary beaches, with lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. our chief complaints were the front door was not well sealed so we heard the wind whistling through it every night, and the bathroom barn door is very open and frustrating to slide, so privacy was more difficult.

The only thing I would say to improve the stay would be to get rid of the throw pillows & get an upholstery headboard. Since there is little storage space having utilize any of it with anything else could be an issue. Beside that we loved it since it was just the 2 of us. There is very little offered for just one couple without having to get a two or three bedroom. Jenn/Chris

Very nice property with great access to the Seacrest pool and beach. The room was a bit smaller than I expected or I would have given it a 5 rating. Still, a great location and excellent communication from the property manager.

Great location, very nice, but very small.
Very nice, but very small. No place for luggage to be set down and opened up and no room to even store all the decorative pillows from the bed. Owners were very accommodating. Cleaning fee and administrative fee basically doubled the cost of a two night stay, making it a bit pricey for a short stay.

Great Couples Getaway
Property was very clean which is so important to us We loved the great location in the middle of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes and had a blast exploring the area. While the unit is small, it is well amenitized and perfect for a couples getaway!

Amazing stay and very nice owners
An amazing condo with easy access to the beach and very close to all shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. The owners are extremely considerate and made the process very smooth. I left a pair of jeans in the condo after checkout and the owner drove over an hour to drop them off for me. One of my best/easiest experiences I’ve ever had while vacationing.

Last minute trip
We booked this stay for a last minute trip. The unit itself was very clean and nicely appointed. We were not crazy about the “motel” feel of the complex with exterior doors, so that was really the only negative. The team to beach was very easy and not a bad walk either. The property managers were extremely accommodating and very responsive!

Outstanding Experience All Around
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We’re Florida natives and have visited 30A many times before, but this was one of our best trips, and the condo was a big part of that. Excellent location, we walked everywhere except for a 5-min drive to Ambrosia for dinner. Literally as close to Alys Beach as you can be without paying the price and an easy 7 min walk to the beach access. Accommodations were top-notch and Tina and Ray are phenomenal hosts. The communication from booking to check-in to during and after stay was prompt, professional, and intuitive. Everything was laid out perfectly for a smooth and relaxing trip to the beach. We highly recommend this property and Tina/Ray as hosts!!

Great stay for a quick get away!
This cute property was as listed and a perfect place for my adult daughter and I to get away for a quick spring break trip to the beach. The condo and the area are clean, and very family-oriented, even for spring break! You're just a quick walk away from a few shops, dining, and the beach, and a short drive to many other great options, especially for dining! This is a great property for a single or couple. TIP: If you're physically abled, forgo the shuttle (FYI - they take a lunch break). We found it was much easier and faster to simply walk down the driveway to the condo and out to the sidewalk along 30A. If you're taking your own chairs and/or umbrella, go to the beach early as that section of the beach can be VERY crowded. The last day we went to the beach was a Monday, and we opted to rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service rather than take our own and be so close to other beach goers. Tina provides some beach alternatives (and other great tips) in the binder provided in the condo, however we did not check these out. Tina communicated with us frequently prior to check-in and check-out which were both easy processes! I would definitely recommend this property to others!
