Looking for paradise along 30A - you found it! This Gulf-front unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great living area with windows facing south and west. Come enjoy the Emerald Coast at this great vacation spot! Walk right out you patio onto the lush green lawn of Sand Cliffs. Your views from this bluff location are spectacular. Head to your right and you can access both the steps to the beach or the path to the Gulf-front pool.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and laundry.

Sand Cliffs:
Sand Cliffs Condominiums is locally known as the Jewel of 30A for its Gulf-front location and sprawling green spaces. Located atop a small bluff, overlooking magnificent sugar white beaches, the enclosed courtyard offers a large beautifully landscaped pool and vast amounts of manicured lawn perfect for recreation as well as a safe natural play area for the kids. With the beach, pool, and tennis courts just steps from your door, Sand Cliffs Condominiums brings relaxation back into vacation.

Seacrest:
Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beachfront
The condo was nice but not very clean & the furniture is worn. There is no screened in porch but the sliding glass door was heavy enough the 2 yr old couldn’t open it. When we arrived there were no instructions and the back door didn’t lock. We tried going to the office but no one was ever there so I messaged asking where to take the trash & that the door didn’t lock. The response I received was trash was by the tennis court (wrong), no response about the door. 5 days later I found the little stand with instructions in the back guest room (kid room). Despite the above the area was great. The beach area is kind of small but there weren’t many people on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!
We love Sand Cliffs. We hadn't stayed in this specific unit before, but we loved that it was right on the corner, close to the pool and with easy access to the beach. The only downside was the smaller, screened in porch. As well, our shower in the master bath seemed to drain slowly and the icemaker was broken. However, none of that compared to the beautiful beach, sugar sand, and awesome views.

Quiet retreat with amazing views!
This was a first time visit for us but the people at this place made you feel at home and were so friendly. The view was amazing. I have kids and it was so nice to be right by the stairs down to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family and really the whole visit was perfect. We had an issue with the disposal not working and they took care of it quickly and with no problems. I would highly recommend this place!

A nice place to stay
We had a great stay at this condo. It is very conveniently located and offers access to an amazing beach. The unit is ocean front, which is fantastic. It sits on a cliff which obscures the view of the beach, but you have a beautiful, unobscured view of the water. The pool isn't fancy but was large and very clean. We were surprised at how uncrowded the units were for late July. The space availability at the pool and the beach couldn't be beaten. My negatives are only minor. The condo shows some age, and the washing machine did work but was cranky sometimes. We also had a tv that we could never get to work. In fairness to the owner, I never sought assistance on any of these issues. More importantly, the unit was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. Elderly or disabled should note that steep steps are required to access the beach. You really are up on a bit of a cliff. I would absolutely stay at this unit again. You have a security gate to enter and exit by car. It is a very family-friendly area. The owners were easy to work with. YOU ARE ON THE BEACH in an area where zillion dollar homes are. Good luck finding ocean front lodging in this area at a price as good as this condo. I strongly recommend, and my teen girls thought it was an amazing area and a great condo for our needs.
