This place is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, shopping and Gulf World . It being right on the beach is the best thing. It’s definitely dated, but they have made an effort to update. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again

The room was very dirty. There was an abundance of smears of unknown substances on the walls. The inside of drains were visible with clots of hair and other debris. The drain in the shower did not drain. We had to wear shoes to take a shower so our feet felt somewhat clean after our shower. There was hair in the tub. Luckily, we brought a set of sheets and pillow cases from home that we used so we didn’t have to sleep on the bed sheets. The pictures on the website are not exactly clear. They are very misleading. I cannot believe these rooms are priced at $320.00 per night. That’s an outrageous price for such a nasty stay. I did not complain to the office staff for I really didn’t think it would help. The office staff were very nice and I feel they couldn’t have done much about the property problems. I feel like all of the rooms are the same so moving to another room would not have helped the situation.

The property it’s in a very good place. My apartment was with door in front( to the exit) and in the back for get to the swimming pool and the beach!!! Cool!!!

The only thing that I wish was a little different. I wish the kitchen was stocked a little better like with four plates and a toaster and just a few more dishes and what it had we had two big plates and two small plates. There was no plastic bowls or anything, but other than that, I really liked my stay here

Desk staff was very nice and helpful in any assistance I needed in the trip. Location is very convenient. Walkable distance to a few restaurants and stores. Very short driving distance to Target and Walmart. Bathroom could use an update but reasonable for the price.

I won’t book a ground floor room in tower again. Folks are very noisy into wee hours right outside the room. Street noise also very audible. I didn’t sleep well at all. But, if you are looking for an easy-on-the-pocketbook place to stay, you won’t be disappointed. Room is clean and beach is a few short steps away.

I was extremely disappointed was moved 2 times 1st room mildew smell room ceiling leaking on 2nd bed quest service move to room#2 dirty rusty bathroom tv wasn’t working chair in room #2 was stained. Both of these rooms was a disgrace. Will never stay there again, I want a refund for the night I stayed there moving from room to room.

We didn't realize the stay was for the property across the street, which has no pictures on their site of. The room was dirty , black mold in the bathroom and hair all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled of mildew and cigarette. Housekeeping didn't even come in to change sheets or bring new towels. They advertise a bar on their website which was one of the reasons we booked but that's false advertisement. Will not be staying again

Clean rooms, great location to walk to the beach. The only small thing was the room did not had soap or a closet with an iron and iron table. Those things are considered minor to be because I had brought my own personal hygiene items. But as people younger they usually go on the fly and don’t have those few things

The flamingo hotel and tower share false advertising online and do not fully disclose the actual conditions of their rooms. We booked a stay for 1 night and were issued a room in the motel across the street. The across the street motel looks like something out of the best drug running movie you’ve ever seen. The parking lot is very small and almost too small to get a Nissan Rogue down the aisle to leave. When we opened the room, it seemed okay until we turned on the lights. The room was covered on black mold, from the front room to the back and even in the bathroom. The toilet seat was cracked and it looked like someone had tried to punch a hole through the door. The walls in the kitchen were filthy dirty with food that had been splattered from skillets/pans. The stove and oven were not properly put together, and was definitely a fire hazard. There were pills outside of our door on the ground, none of which were ours. When we walked out of the door to go back to the office across the street, the woman that checked us in was walking out of the room next door to us. Before we checked in, we received a message from the hotel that invited us to check early to see if our room was ready, around 12. We checked and were told that it was not ready but we could use the pool and beach access. We waited for about 4.5 hours for our room to be “ready” only to walk into that cess pool. A full refund is pending.

Stayed with my husband and our two young kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing property with a nice beach front room and a balcony, kitchenette, and little dining area with a couch. Will definitely stay there again.

Our room had black mold in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor in front is the bathroom sink seeps water when you step on it. Front desk seemed unconcerned about these complaints. Someone is going to end up sick from all the mold. For the record, we were in a room across the street from the main hotel.

Check in was simple. Beds were excellent! Can I buy the one I slept on lol . Loved the beach access! Having coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and microwave was awesome! I will definitely stay here again when I come back and I highly recommend. Great value and convenient to everything. Beautiful views from the decks!

It's not the newest on the block, but it's affordable and great for what you're paying for. My husband has stayed here before & enjoyed it enough to request it again. We had a great stay, clean room, and friendly staff. It surpassed my expectations, especially for the price in a spring break town. The direct access to the beach, easy parking, and lots of dining options within walking distance or a short drive was the most appealing part for me. Our room had a few minor details that could have been addressed (peeling bathroom door, a small bathroom renovation), but it was CLEAN and had everything we needed inside. That's really all I look for in a room, honestly. It's worth the money we paid for our room.

The property is in a good area the only problem I had with it the door wouldn't close you have to really slam it with Force and the sofa bed had dirty sheets fold up in it other than that it was good on the beach but I would not stay there again to me they would get a three out of five
