My family and I had an excellent time. The staff were friendly, helpful and took care of any request. The concierge helped us with organizing trips and the food was excellent. Enjoyed the warm pool and the facilities that was clean and well kept. Beautiful views and beautiful place.

The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them!
The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from
Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way there, so arrived to the resort a bit shaken up, and the person checking us in went straight into fees and costs without even asking asking us how we were doing, how were our travels etc.. not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay. It had a very relaxing, beautiful feeling to it. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely consider staying here again.

I have never felt so pampered and special at a hotel. It started with a cup of delicious tea and a cold cloth.
The landscaping, the rooms, the pools everything is perfect.
