“We enjoyed our stay in this cute, super clean villa. It felt like our home away from home. It was well stocked with the essentials. We felt very safe here and had a lot of privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day!! The villa was centrally located in the island where we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kyrene was an excellent host, the best we've ever experienced. She was very attentive and friendly with whatever we needed. She even gave us a ride to the beach one...

“We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and...

“The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).”

“Very comfortable set up. Beautiful view of the ocean from the front window and porch. Nice pool(s) and beach. Lots of steps which I did at age 83 but they are there to the unit and to the beach. Violas was good, friendly restaurant, though sometimes slow. Taxis available easily. Everything in Paradise Island is expensive because of 15% plus 10% and maybe even a small tip. Enjoy!”

“#2 is right on the beach! A large 2 story unit painted in gaudy colours but a very adequate place. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo were provided. Fully stocked kitchen, except for spices. Internet and tv. An enjoyable stay!”

“We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.”

The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. “- Beautiful Home and fabulous foliage surrounding the home and pool deck, well maintained inside and out. Pool was delightful, not heated but refreshing due to outside temperature. One of friend had a horrible allergic reaction to some food. When we called Guest Services for assistance they went above and beyond telling us where to go, gave us GOS directions and very attentive in following up with us a couple times checking on how she was doing. “Paradise Island is the best touristy area at the Bahamas, especially the beach side of the Atlantis. The Sunrise Beach Villas are located right there, you can enjoy the wonderful white sandy beach and the ocean. It’s just 20-30 minutes walk on the beach or on the street to get to the Atlantis casino, otherwise the hotel doesn’t accept visitors before about 6pm without admission fees and the valet parking at Atlantis is $20. Sunrise Beach Villas is a better choice, in a townhouse like apartment,...
