“Enjoyed the stay. Everything was as stated. My only complaints would be: (1) the bed is really hard and (2) you have to park on the street. Owner is nice and available if needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse! It was as described in the listing. We were in town for a wedding and chose just to stay inside and chill. There was enough room for the 4 of us. We walked to Pizitz Food Hall to eat and walked to eat breakfast at Nelson Bros. Cafe. Great hostess!!”

“The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again.”

“This loft was exactly what me and my wife needed, a simply one bedroom loft within walking distance of region field. Loft was clean and check in was simple. If the occasion arises we will use this listing again.”

“Nice clean property, not fancy but for the price a great find. Has one queen and a couch thats looks to pull put into a futon. There were two small things that needed some attention but nothing that would inhibit our stay. Full kitchen and washer and dryer was nice no iron but had a steamer.Nearby restaraunts was a plus and parking easy. It was mostly pretty quiet area. Would definitely stay again. ”

“My daughter had been in the NICU in Birmingham since she was born in December and when our 90 days was up at Ronald McDonald house I needed somewhere to go since we live 3 and 1/2 hours away. We come across this place while looking and I am so thankful to have found it. It is just what I needed and gave me the feeling of being at home which is something I had not had in 4 months. The communication was easy and the place is secure. If we are ever in Birmingham again we will be staying here!”

“Great stay in this studio. Exactly as advertised, very clean, decorated, and well maintained. The neighborhood was super interesting and lively, but at the same time quiet, walkable, and felt very safe. Connected to larger unit, as communicated, but still felt private and secure. Super comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, and small kitchenette made for great “home” base. Would recommend, and if you’re looking for something larger, the other part of the house looked great too (will be trying that……
