"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

"Our grandmother passed and we felt the need to be together and not put family out by housing us. I saw this house and thought it would perfect. Rented it for the entire weekend and couldn’t have been happier. It is a historic building with lots of old wood working, antique lights, hardwood floors, and this majestic presence that was both awesome and satisfying. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the living areas were simply beautiful. We didn’t have any negatives about this...

"Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels."
