"The place was just as described and pictured !!!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bar / restaurant was the only thing that bothered us the last night of our stay (Friday night ) ,, but we are light sleepers and like to go to bed fairly early so maybe that probably wouldn’t bother most folks. "This condo is just about perfect. Front gate leads you to the elevator, which takes you right next to this condo. Spacious, beautifully decorated, large balcony looking over the Sabine Bay. Within walking distance to anything you want to do. Only bad mark is the bed in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. It's so bad, you don't even want to move in it. Also, the pool was just too cold to get in, and the weather was in the high 80's all week."

"We enjoyed the stay overall. The lack of a working light near the entrance was a negative as we had to leave at 4am to catch our flight home and could barely see to get down the steps to our car with all our luggage etc. It’s easy to replace a light bulb. Deck was great. Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Paw prints and black dog hair on the two white couches in the main living area are a thumbs down for us….overall I’d give the verbo an “8”"

"This was our third stay at this guest suite in a year. We love the location for many reasons, mostly being steps away from the beach. It is very clean and has the necessities we need away from home. The host is on site if needs arise but we havent had any issues. "This is a wonderful place to stay. 2 nice bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. It had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was very nice. The best part is the location and the Balcony! The balcony is shady yet has a view of the ocean, bay side water and down the beach. You can see the sun rise. The only minor things that it could have used is more toilet paper ,wash cloths and a better frying pan. I will defiantly stay here again! It truly is a fantastic place to stay. "
