Located in the heart of Pensacola, this property has been newly renovated and it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and a beautiful backyard.

This home is close to the two main hospitals in the city Sacred Heart Hospital and West Florida Hospital, which makes it ideal for flying nurses and medical personnel traveling for work.

Close to the mall and shopping centers and many great restaurants nearby.

Close to beautiful Pensacola beaches and only and 10 minutes to the Pensacola Bay Center and very close to downtown Pensacola where you are going to enjoy as it's a different atmosphere.
Pensacola is also home to the historical famous Naval Base and Blue Angels!

We have cameras are in use outside premises.
We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the rules home is ONLY for the “guest” staying at our home no one else is to be at the property.
Please we will appreciate as we want you to have a great experience.
Note: we do charge $100 per person for last minute changes or unexpected guest. One last thing to all involved specially parents to do not allow anyone eating or snaking on bedrooms as we strive for a clean environmentfor each one of our guest. Last but not least with recent increases on our powet bill we feel necessary to be clear Electric Car are not allow to be pug in in our home, fund the closest charge stations.

Out of town guest
The property was beautiful, warm comfortable and felt very safe for me and my family. This definitely was a five star experience and I have stayed in a lot of different properties, but this is one of my favorites. I will definitely book again. Family of five and we fit comfortably in the house.

We rented three months. It was a perfect location,close to stores,a shopping center,restaurants. and recreational activities. A beach only minutes away.The host (Yeli) went above and beyond what is expected to accommodate our needs. I would give her ten stars,not just the five in this review.

Everything was as advertised. We reached out to Yeli twice (Television programming and clothes drier) and she responded within minutes, solving the problems.I only have one suggestion for improvements to offer. Add towel racks in the bathrooms.

will not use this property again
1. the internet went out on us could not watch tv's 2. property owner over charged me for a 8.00$ broom that fell apart while we killed a roach charged me 55.00$ 3. we felt like we were bein watched inside the home, didn't have a homey feeling at all. 4. property owner's son tried fix internet sitting in living room over an hour disturbing our stay.

VRBO Disappoints
Although the property was clean & neat, it is not worth the headache of dealing with the owner. I booked for 4 adults but had some last minute changes. As required by owner, I reached out to her to let her know of the changes which would now include 3 adults & 3 children. Initially, she said it would be an additional $200 for the additional guests. However, after discovering the ages of the children (11,14,16), she called me & said the children couldn’t stay because “the house is not big enough for 3 teenagers”. The ad states children are welcome & the house sleeps 6 so you can imagine my frustration when most of my family had to find other accommodations. Had I been able to get a refund, I would’ve canceled altogether. She also threatened me that she lived nearby & had cameras & would know if I disobeyed & allowed the children in. I was in shock at this unprofessionalism. Once in the house, there are a list of rules such as take off shoes, don’t touch the walls, don’t touch the tv, etc. also there is a lock on the thermostat so the paying guests are unable to set the temp to their comfort level. The beds were the hardest beds I ever slept on & I woke up with a back ache every morning. There were several other inconveniences however, the owner was the worst. I was paranoid the whole time that I would do something wrong since she was so strict about the maintenance of the home. I couldn’t relax. Bottom line… just go somewhere else. It’s not worth the hassle.

Listing and pictures were accurate. Very cozy, clean, and comfortable rental. Close to many amenities and a short and scenic 25 minute drive along the bay to Pensacola beaches. Good communication with Yeli, the host. And we definitely plan on staying here again.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood.
The house was really clean. It was centrally located, close to everything. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to cook a meal. Watching the birds eating from the feeder in the mornings was a nice treat. We were there visiting family. Having a hook in the bathrooms would be a recommendation for the owner. However, overall, the house would be a place we would stay again when visiting Pensacola.

This place is amazing and beautiful inside and out. When you think of Pensacola and the beach this home is exactly what comes to mind with the decor and warm feeling of the home. Overall great place to stay in good neighborhood and Walmart not far away! The only suggestions would be to put better light-blocking blinds on the back bedroom, and the tub bottom for the shower didn't have enough support under the bottom so it seemed like it might crack at some point.
