"This house is absolutely adorable, it has so much character and charm. I've stayed at tons of rental houses but this truly felt like staying in the guest house of a good friend - it is so well appointed, has everything you need, and is really spacious. Rethann is such a sweet and considerate host that goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed. The house is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great central location with easy access...

"We stayed at this property for a bachelor trip (13 people total). There was plenty of room for us all and we stayed busy with all of the amenities like basketball, shuffle board, swimming pool, fire place, and the animals that stay on the property. The backyard has a a great view over the 10 acre property. Would recommended to anyone looking to stay in this area!"

"Nice place but the yard was not maintained at all. The third bedroom is not remodeled to match the rest of the home. If you are bothered by gunfire there is a lot of it going on around the property. I do not know if there is a gun range close by or not. None of this was a big deal to us but just want others to be aware."

"It was so nice to stay out away from the busyness and noise of Georgetown, Round Rock and Austin yet Georgetown and Round Rock are 10 - 15 minutes away. Walburg is a cute and small town. The views from the back of the house and the back porch were pastoral and relaxing. The house affords plenty of room for multiple people and long stays. The host was helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions."

"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"This place was awesome for us- we had to come on short notice with a 7 year old and a 3 month old and it was so easy to take care of our family while we stayed here. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was decently stocked, the crib was awesome, and the country setting was perfect. Will return in the future if we need a place!!"

"We arrived at the place to find that the owner was there and that as she had canceled when I did not have any notification, Vrbo assured that I actually had my reservation and everything in order but this woman decided to cancel at the last minute. So very bad experience."

"The stay was nice. The room was clean ans spacious. It could have used a few more things. There was not enough silverware. There was enough bath towels, but only one washcloth. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost."
