I booked a premium room. I was delayed and did not arrive until late morning. When I checked in I was given a regular room. I had to ask for snacks and drinks. My room was also right by elevator. I was never bothered by elevator sounds, but a lot of street noise on level 5.

Facility is nice and clean. Very updated and has a lot of accommodations.
