“We chose the Easyhotel for our 1 night stop over in Dublin because it was in close proximity to the Guinness & Jameson experiences. The staff were very friendly & the entrance area was welcoming. The rooms are small but that fits in with the ethos of the hotel I guess & for a one night stop didn’t really bother us. We struggled with the one incredibly thin pillow we were provided though so I would suggest they offer the option of additional pillows. The area surrounding the hotel looks less……

“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

“Alles gut und sauber. Wir waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer und es ging problemlos. Zimmer nicht so gross, aber da man ständig unterwegs ist, zum schlafen langt perfekt. Lage ist Top, ist aber auch laut bis spät in der Nacht. Wenn Fenster zu ist, kann man gut schlafen. An sonst alles in der Nähe, bei Problemen war Personal sehr Hilfsbereit und auch ohne perfekt Englisch ist Personal da und versucht jedem zu helfen. Immer wieder gerne”

“very nice staff, we had to move hotels because there was a leak in our first room; they accommodated us beyond expectation (upgraded room, free breakfast, gift basket, great service). very impressed :)”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Nicely appointed, updated too though it looked almost entirely into a solid wall about a meter away outside. Breakfast was excellent as I had less expensive choices for smaller items instead of having to overpay for a soggy buffet. Breakfast and service overall in the hotel were excellent!”
