"I'd love to give this property five stars, as it was a perfect place for five friends to stay while celebrating their 60th birthdays. It is very spacious, clean and has many hang out areas. The owner needs to tweak a few things to make the stays go more smoothly. The information book on the counter needs to be updated so wi fi sign in does not require frequent texts to the host referencing an email and text. "A very well kept and spacious home with more than enough supplies and activities available to use. Huge living room with open concept to gather and play games. We loved the relaxing front porch with gulf views. The pool was so clean and relaxing with more than enough rafts and supplies. Perfect accommodations for elderly with elevator and walk in shower. Every supply and detail thought of. Just pack clothes and they have everything else. We loved it!!! Would definitely love to stay here again."

"The property has privacy and is walking distance to the water. Maybe a couple of blocks to the sand but still close. The rooms are roomy and well decorated. We slept well after showering with lots of hot water. The kitchen had the equipment/dishes we needed to prepare our own meals. Having coffee while enjoying the sun rise was worth it. We'll bring our mopeds next time! The dusk brings out the pesty mosquitos gnats, etc so I'd advise some sort of pest repellant. Love the floor plan, the loft...

"We stayed 3 nights in June. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We loved the wrap around porch and view from the deck. It was a great quiet retreat from all of the city activities that we were also enjoying. Check in couldn't have been easier. Communication with the owner was easy. "This house was really cute, clean, and well thought out. My SO, 1YO granddaughter, and I enjoyed our stay. The owner was super fast to respond to an inquiry and went out of their way to be a great host. Nice screened outside area away from mosquitos and hose/brick setup for getting sand off. Quiet street on a busy weekend but right off main beach hwy still. We felt totally safe walking at dusk."
