“This place was a tropical paradise within a short walking distance to the beach and lively 5th Avenue. There are nightclubs very close by but we felt very safe. There are two locked gates to get through and one is a private gate for this villa alone. The noise was not bad at all mon-thurs night but did increase a bit on the weekend. Still not much of an issue unless you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs. 10/10 experience!”
