“The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. ”

“Catalonia Playa Maroma is a piece of heaven, beautiful, clean, wonderful & friendly staff everywhere, sparkling clean surroundings, amazing jungle environment, wildlife every where ( coatis, monkeys, iguanas).The white sand beach is breathtaking, the palm tree shades are spectacular. There were plenty of chairs at any time of the day, and it never felt crowded. The beach service was great. The first day we arrived, the water was crystal clear, then the seaweed appeared but this is beyond hotel’s……

“You will not find anywhere better than what you will have it at the Grand. Luis, Mauro, Alexander, Ruben, and Antonio were our Butlers. Amazing. Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed. Aunice, the manger of La Breza was great as well. Was at……
