"Check in took a very long time, 30 minutes, only 1 person working at 3pm check in and the line was very long. Wouldn't it be practical for 2 people to work start working the kiosk at 2:30. Frustration seen on many faces."
"Not the worst dump I've ever stayed in, but definitely in need of cleaning and repair. Exterior key card door jammed open, didn't lock. Stairwell smelled like pee. Several ceiling tiles missing in hallways. In the room the hide a bed couch was broken and stuck half open. Sticky black goo residue on the table. No blanket on the bed. What looks like dried blood on the bathroom drawer. Leaky sink. Generally in disrepair."
