“Photos are accurate and plenty of space for our family. A few things could be replaced or deep cleaned. They had everything we needed and our kids appreciated the sand toys. Overall nice stay.”

“We stayed six nights at this condo. Overall it's a good location for exploring the south part of the island. The condo is a ground floor unit with a nice patio looking out on a lawn and trees. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk because this unit is in the back of the complex. When the tide is up there was very little beach. Better options are a short drive to one of the adjacent public beaches. It's quit except for the roosters crowing in the morning. The use of the pool and athletic facility……

“Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo. There is active construction going on (as mentioned in listing but not shown) so you see see buildings going up between you and the ocean.”

“This was a small and quiet studio with all needed items, snorkeling was good at the south of Kauai and the beach across the street had the most fish to swim with.”
