"I have stayed at this owner's properties a few times. Just like always, the house was clean and comfortable. A minor concern (sticky door lock from the salt air) was handled immediately with quick, clear communication and a personal visit. The owner even personally reached out when a severe thunderstorm would be coming through to warn us. "The house is perfect for having kids of all ages. It was simple and not overdone like so many that can have too many things that can get in the way of small hands and feet. The host was amazing and checked on us daily via email. Check in/out instructions were very clear!"

However, don't judge a book by its cover. The office staff was extremely welcoming, and the room was pristine and comfortable.
