Upon arrival we were told we owed more than Expedia told us when booking months ago. We arrived at 10 am and they did not give us a room till almost 5 pm!!! Once we were in our room we requested our bags several times and unfortunately we did not get them till hours later so the first day was basically wasted. Staff hardly smiles , they are not friendly at all with the exception of maybe 3-4 staff we met the entire trip. The food selection is poor. Not much to choose from at all and what they do have is very poor quality . We found ourselves looking forward to getting home to eat decent food but the biggest problem was that I had called before our trip to let them know my daughter was celiac and they assured me they bad everything in gluten free options and unfortunately that was not the case . It was very stressful to find her food she was able to eat . Very disappointing!!! And I still don’t understand why I was charged more than the amount I booked with Expedia !!!
