Our room had ana amazing view with a hot tub on our balcony. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved everything about the property. Walking distance to downtown and all restaurants and amenties. Felt like I was at a 5 start tropical resort getaway.

We loved our room. It was easy to walk around from the hotel. The pool was a perfect temp. The room and view amazing. We rented a golf cart. It was so opinion. They provided a lock for the golf cart. The staff was more than friendly. They exceeded my expectations. I had a massage from Tamara. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!! Make time to see her! Malena a was so helpful. She gave us recommendations on places to go. She recommended the golf cart. So thankful she did. Anything we needed she was there to help us. She’s a true asset.. We look forward to coming back Thank you for exceeding my expectations

Exceeded expectations. Service was tremendous and excellent recommendations. Maid service kept the rooms spotless and the grounds/pool is immaculate. Looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. Right on the beach and incredibly close to the city plaza. Highly recommend the in-house massage therapist. The restaurant ACcross the street is really tempting, but the service is very slow and they don’t use the most health conscious ingredients and oil to prepare the food. We regretted eating there both times and made the walk to the north end of Sayulita where the food is much healthier.

Great location. Great staff. Clean. Stayed with my wife and two young children. All had a good time. 3 opportunities for improvement: 1. Get rid of wrist band ask for hotel guests. They are annoying and seemed like everyone was taking them off. 2. Get rid of towel cards and distribute towels by the pool. Not all the way down by reception. 3. The door handle to our unit was in need of replacing, and there were gaps between the door and frame such that one could easily used a card to slide the lock mechanism open. Not super secure.

The property is beautiful, lush and very clean. There is an amazing pool that overlooks the beach. The staff were all very friendly especially Malena at reception. Rooms are clean with nice beds…just need a fridge in all rooms! Would highly recommend!

Been wanting to check this place out for a while. We usually stay a few properties down. Greeted by Antonio in the cleanest garage in sayulita first! Then make an answered all our questions and got us set up. Convenient, amazing service, professional. Hotel is a cement building that echoes so you can hear ppl coming and going and out on their deck. Other than that, it’s nice.

Liked the staff as they are super attentive. Large rooms with minimalist style. Restaurant opposite hotel was good but expensive. View from our room was phenomenal! I recommend new towels for this hotel as threadbare, some mats to rub your feet on before you get in bed, brighter lighting in bathroom, access to breakfast before 9 am.

Nice modern and clean room. Very large suite with all the amenities. Our only complaint was that there was no chair or armchair in the room to sit on. There was a large sofa bed in from of the tv that was not suitable for sitting. There were two very uncomfortable garden chairs in the balcony with a vertical back that you could not lean on. I could not sit there to read a book or look at the ocean more than 2 minutes
