"Property overall is well maintained. The sand fleas and mosquitoes are terrible so please bring some type of bug repellent. After a day on the beach, my legs were bit up and swole. The service of the staff was hit or miss. Some of the staff at the restaurants , such as Jesus at the Lobster House, had excellent customer service and was very personable. "Staff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast! Tons of activities to do during the day and shows at night. Did water aerobics in ocean, dance lessons by pool too. The beautiful grounds were so nice to walk around and fun to see the peacock, ducks, and fish too. Would definitely return!"

"Beautiful resort, great pools and beach area, friendly staff, and delicious food. Excellent coffee! The only negatives were the constant soliciting at the beach and we unfortunately got sick halfway through our stay."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
