first time staying at a resort that had options for all inclusive and non inclusive. felt like being on a cruise ship. asking for your room number after every order. otherwise good. the people working there are very friendly. they are one of the best for sure and that's the most important thing. the place is spotless. the only odd thing is the receipt system of the resort. quiet resort even with kids and family.

Regrettably, the hotel cannot assume liability for items that are not stored in these designated security boxes, particularly when guests are off-premises.We understand the frustration you may be experiencing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.Warm regards

We had 2 swim up rooms for our family of 6. We arrived early and we were told our rooms would be ready on or before 3pm. We got our rooms just before 5pm. Both rooms had musty odors. Also there was no door separating the bathrooms. The daily cleaning service came twice a day but did not help remedy the odor problem. Overall the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was good and consistent. The lunch around the pool area was average. The dinner restaurants were weak to average. The best restaurant was on the roof. Most likely not coming back to this property. It was not worth the price.

Beautiful property, but way too far from the hotel zone! Surrounding area outside of resort are in bad shape

This was by far one of the best all inclusive experiences we've ever had! The property is top notch, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the food and cocktails were absolutely amazing!
